Mukhyamantri Vayoshri Yojana

To provide mental health centers and yoga therapy centers to senior citizens of the state aged 65 years and above to purchase necessary aids/equipment to enable them to live normally in their daily lives and to take measures against age-related disabilities and weakness. To provide awareness and training through mental health centers and yoga therapy centers to maintain mental health balance, a lump sum benefit of Rs. 3000 will be directly deposited in their bank accounts to the eligible beneficiaries.

Elibibility:

• Must have completed 65 years of age by December 31, 2023.
• Aadhaar card is required. Aadhaar card receipt will also be required.
• If you do not have an Aadhaar card, a separate identity document must be accepted for identification.
• For eligibility, the beneficiary can submit a certificate from the district authority or a BPL ration card or proof of receipt of old age pension under the National Social Assistance Programme, Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme or any other pension scheme of the State/Central Government.
• The beneficiary’s family annual income should be within Rs. 2 lakh.
